Shipping & Delivery

At Tuning Mania, we understand the importance of receiving your purchases promptly and in perfect condition. That’s why we’ve put together the following Shipping Policy to make sure your experience is smooth and stress-free.

Domestic Shipping:
Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1 business day of receipt. During periods of high volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we will keep you informed by phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Delivery: Orders within Cairo are delivered within 1 business day, while orders outside of Cairo may take up to 2 business days.

International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside of Egypt.

Addresses and Refused Delivery:
We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will attempt to contact you to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Tuning Mania will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:
Call our phone number or email us at support@old.tuning-mania.com We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and local law enforcement may be involved. Once the investigation is complete, we will replace or refund your order. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Tuning Mania, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund and/or exchange policy.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund, sale items cannot be refunded.

In the event that a purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

 

Exchanges:

If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at support@old.tuning-mania.com.

Exempt Goods:
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Partial Refunds:
If an item is returned in a condition that is not its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be granted.

If an item is returned more than 7 days after delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we have received your returned item and have conducted an inspection, we will send an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Shipping:
The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs related to returning an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on the recipient’s location.
