At Tuning Mania, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund and/or exchange policy.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund, sale items cannot be refunded.
In the event that a purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
Exchanges:
If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at support@old.tuning-mania.com.
Exempt Goods:
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds:
If an item is returned in a condition that is not its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be granted.
If an item is returned more than 7 days after delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we have received your returned item and have conducted an inspection, we will send an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Shipping:
The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs related to returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on the recipient’s location.
